By opting in to receive text messages from Kingdom Title Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "User") agree to these SMS Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before consenting to receive text messages from us.

Program Description

Kingdom Title Solutions operates an SMS messaging program to communicate important information related to your real estate transaction, including but not limited to:

•            Transaction status updates and milestone notifications

•            Document requests and signing reminders

•            Closing date confirmations and scheduling

•            Title search and clearance updates

•            Funding and disbursement notifications

•            General customer service communications

 

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Kingdom Title Solutions by:

•            Providing your mobile phone number on our website or intake forms and checking the consent box

•            Texting a designated keyword to our texting number (330)835-5050 as instructed by a representative

 

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or manually sent text messages from Kingdom Title Solutions at the mobile number you provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your transaction. You may receive up to 10 messages per transaction, though the actual number may be higher during active closing periods. We will only send messages that are relevant to your account or transaction.

 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Kingdom Title Solutions is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Kingdom Title Solutions at any time by:

•            Texting STOP, or Opt Out to the number from which you received the message - Msg&Data Rates May Apply.

•            Contacting us directly at the information provided in Section 11 below

 

After texting STOP or Opt Out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message stating: ‘You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from us. Reply START to resubscribe.’” Following that confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-subscribe. Please note that opting out of SMS messages does not affect other methods of communication we may use, such as email or phone calls.

Supported Carriers

Kingdom Title Solutions’ SMS program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Kingdom Title Solutions and the wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide, including your mobile phone number, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website: https://www.kingdomtitleresidential.net/privacy-policy We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Your opt-in consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Kingdom Title Solutions.

 

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our SMS program for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. You represent and warrant that:

•            You are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in using the provided mobile number

•            You are at least 18

•            All information you provide is accurate and current

 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KINGDOM TITLE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SMS PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED MESSAGES, ERRORS, OR INTERRUPTIONS IN SERVICE.

 

Kingdom Title Solutions is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered text messages due to network outages, equipment failure, or other issues outside of our control.

 

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
